📄 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment is required to confirm a swimming lesson slot. Payment secures the student’s place and allows for instructor allocation and facility booking.
All fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been confirmed. This policy ensures proper scheduling and class planning.
If a student misses a scheduled lesson, replacement lessons are not guaranteed and will only be offered subject to availability. Requests for replacement lessons must be made within one month of the missed lesson, failing which the lesson will be considered forfeited.
Swimming lessons may be affected by weather conditions such as lightning alerts, heavy rain, or pool closures. In such cases, Swim Masters Singapore will attempt to arrange a replacement lesson where possible, subject to availability and facility regulations.
Lesson schedules may be adjusted due to weather conditions, facility maintenance, or operational requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to notify students or parents in advance.
